ch Haley Lhamon will briefly explain important rules you need to know around the race course, including many of the recent changes. Haley and US Sailing Judge Barbara Belt, will cover rules 10-18 of "Part 2: When Boats Meet" from The Racing Rules of Sailing for 2021-2024. They recommend downloading US Sailing's newest rules app (search US Sailing Racing Rules). The 2021-2024 rules are also available online through World Sailing.
