Vanguard 15 Annual Checkout Fee

If you have passed a Vanguard 15 skills test in 2018 or before, you are eligible to pay a once-annual checkout fee and then check out Vanguard 15s. To sign up, click "Register" to the left, pay the annual checkout fee, and come sail!

V-15 Usage policies

1. Two seasons Winter Spring (November-May) Summer June-October)
During Winter season:

a. A safety boat must be present for V15 sailing
b. Sailors must have a wetsuit and proper gear for winter sailing
c. Sailors must be able to recover from a capsize
d. V15s should not go out over 15 knots of wind unless racing

2. During Summer season:
a. Open Sailing on Friday night
b. Dinghy racing on Thursday night
c. Have proper gear for summer sailing
d. V15s should not go out over 15 knots of wind unless racing
