A/V Coordinator
Help set up and put away the speakers, mic, projector, and screen
Bartender
Set up and put away the bartending supplies and cleanup the bar. Help set up and close the till.
Tend bar for 2 hour shifts. Volunteer instructions are available at the bar.
Greeter
Membership Committee Members
Help educate our guests on CYC membership and facilitate guests becoming new members.
Setup/Cleanup Crew
Help with setting up tables and chairs for the event. Restore the tables and chairs to our standard dinner configuration or set up for the Monday Lunch or the next event.

Event Coordinator, David Gallimore, needs 6+ volunteers to help create an AWESOME event. We hope to fill CYC upstairs, including member and non-member racers in the Seattle area, and several guests from CYC Portland.

If interested in volunteering, please register for this "Volunteers Needed" event and select a volunteer job from the drop down list. We need:

1-2 Greeters to welcome CYC Portland members, Seattle area racers to the club. Ask people to fill out or grab a name tag, orient them to the club (bar, food and heads downstairs, coat racks, etc.) as necessary, and direct them to the bar to purchase food and beverage.
1-2 Bartenders to supplement Karen, our pro.
1 A/V Coordinator to set up and tear down (speakers, mic, screen, and a bright projector for the presentation about the Oregon Offshore).
1-2 Membership Committee Members to help educate our guests on CYC membership and facilitate guests becoming new members.
2 for the Set up / Clean-up Team to return the club to its pristine state after the event.
