CYC provides Guest Moorage for visiting members of yacht clubs exchanging reciprocal privileges. Reservations are not taken. The Moorage on the North side of the Shilshole clubhouse is no longer available, since there is not enough room at the new location.
CYC may reimburse reciprocal club members (depending on usage) for moorage fees paid the marina. During the present stage of marina re-construction, there is extremely limited guest moorage available. Hail the Shilshole Bay Marina Harbormaster on VHF Channel 17 and ask for a guest berth. Pay your guest moorage fees, keep a receipt and request the CYC Reciprocal Form. Write your home address on an envelope (it will be used to send you your reimbursement). Place the filled out form and your Shilshole Bay Marina moorage fee receipt in the envelope. Slide the envelope into the club's mail slot, located just below the office window, at the top of the ramp leading to the parking lot. Visiting members of reciprocal clubs are invited to join into CYC activities which generally take place following races and at other times as indicated on the calendar of events.
